Most common causes:
  • Load wire installed on LINE instead of NO (Normally Open)
  • Timer bypassed and wired directly to motors
  • Incorrect push-to-start wiring
Recommended fix:
  • Move load wire to the NO terminal on the timer
  • Verify supply power is wired to the correct terminal strip
  • Review wiring diagrams before powering the unit
