Most common causes:
- Loose or disconnected wire
- Incorrect wiring
- Wrong timer output
- Payment system not sending start signal
- Bad motors or fuses
- Confirm all control wires are fully seated on the relay and timer. If timer was replaced or modified previously, verify correct wiring.
- Verify correct output voltage from timer (120V or 24V depending on configuration) and Dixmor display (24V) if present. If output voltage is incorrect or no output is produced, the timer and/or display may need replaced.
- Temporarily disconnect the card reader and verify operation. If coins or bills start the vacuum, the payment system may need replaced.
- Verify fuses and motors are functional when correct voltage is applied. Replace any blown fuses or faulty motors.
